Waveforms used in multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems must be considered such a way that individual transceiver (T-R) pairs can separated from the composite received signal. An algorithm called variational mode decomposition of coded beat-frequency shifted signals (VMD-CBFSS) is presented for waveform diversity. First, transmitters are divided into several groups. A small shift applied to carrier frequency different Also, within each group encoded by assigning binary phase time block. On receiver side, using multiresolution analysis technique, combined signal decomposed its main components and then decoded retrieve T-R pair. VMD-CBFSS provides an efficient solution terms overall transmitting sampling rate addition robustness against channel noise. Moreover, employed near-field MIMO millimetre-wave imaging system, results form numerical simulations.
